Services and Offerings

Guided Meditations: Throughout my life I have been guided by specific mediations that were shared in my family. There are two that have helped me immensely during times of transition, great spiritual awakening, and transformation. I started to lead people through these at organizing retreats as a way to connect everyone to themselves and their needs. I find these helpful in groups and for individuals. I can lead someone over the phone. It usually takes 30-45 minutes. I ask for a donation sliding scale $10-$30, whatever feels best for you. We usually check in before and after.

Bodywork Sessions: I am currently in the process of gaining my craniosacral unwinding therapy certification. I offer sessions by donation $25-$65 sliding scale depending on what you can pay. Craniosacral therapy is a light touch healing modality that aims to align your cranium and sacrum for overall peace and wellness in the body and mind.

Storytelling and Resonance Workshops: These workshops come from multiple trainings I have taken with Relational Uprising. The workshop structure is focused on strengthening group dynamics by holding space that is safe for vulnerability and process through storytelling. Resonance allows participants to listen and recognize their peers with open minds and hearts, as well as allowing everyone to feel heard and seen in said group.
