I practice craniosacral and polarity therapy in 1:1 bodywork sessions that can be in person or online. If you are interested in cranio or polarity therapy, but need more info, feel free to book a free consultation with me!
I travel often, attending trainings or consulting with groups and organizations. This can look like offering sessions at an annual retreat or leading a workshop centering wellness and cranio/polarity exercises.
